OUR TEAM
Ronald E. Butler
Mr. Butler is the Firm's founding partner and a member of the Kentucky Bar Association for over 40 years. Born in Madisonville, Kentucky, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.
He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in 1965 and earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky in 1971. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Blanton Collier Sportsmanship Group and is an author of Christian-themed historic fiction, including The Success Equation and The Gate Beautiful.
Anthony (Tony) Barber
Mr. Barber is an of counsel affiliate who works in the Mount Sterling office. He was admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association in 1986 and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky. He graduated from Transylvania University in 1981 and earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky in 1985.
Sherry Rankin
Mrs. Horn is the Senior Paralegal of the Firm who has worked for Mr. Butler for over 18 years. She is the owner of Bankruptcy Administrative Resources. which provides administrative bankruptcy services to Hayden & Butler, P.S.C. She previously worked for the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts and earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Midway College in 1991 where she graduated with honors.
